Description of What the Upgrade Delivers

Taxpayers are unable to file VAT3 and INCOME TAX WITHOLDING returns for the period January
2012 using the TSW. The system is generating the error message;
“There is a problem in the file sent. Please call the help desk”

A taxpayer cannot file for another taxpayer unless he is an agent authorised and appointed through the respective online Taxpayer Registration process. Such agent must be a member of ICPAK.

NOTE: The returns filed through the previous versions of the TSW, can be viewed online and in the TSW. However, due to the major change on VAT 3, the VAT return will be viewed online only.
