Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has a new Board of Directors. The new members were sworn in by Kenya’s Chief Justice Evans Gicheru in a ceremony held at the High Court of Kenya, Nairobi. The swearing in was witnessed by KRA’s Commissioner of Investigations Mr. Joseph Nduati on behalf of the Commissioner General Mr. M G. Waweru and the Board Secretary Mrs. Wairimu Ng’ang’a. The appointments took effect from 15th March 2010. The Board will serve for three years.

Members of the KRA Board of Directors now comprises the following; Major (Rtd) Marsden Madoka (Board Chairman), Amb. Hassan M. S. Bagha (member), Dr. Kitiabi R. Kiti (member), Mr. Zebedeo J. Opore (member), Mrs. Phyllis Kandie (member), Mr. Kibuga Kariithi (member), Mr. Samuel K. Gichigi (member),  Hon.  S. Amos Wako (Attorney General), Mr. Joseph Kinyua (Permanent Secretary, Treasury), Commissioner General Mr. M G. Waweru and Board Secretary   Mrs. Warimu Ng’ang’a.
