 TAKE NOTICE that plot Number MSA/MN/111/2974 (Originally MN/111/293) and other developments thereon is public land vested in the name of Kenya Revenue Authority of P.O Box 48240-00100 Nairobi GPO.

It has come to the Authority’s attention that other parties who purport to have been allocated the land, and have subdivided the same into various plots to MN/11/3659, MN/111/3658, MN/111/3657, MN/111/3656, MN/111/3655, MN/111/3653, MN/111/3652, MN/111/3651, MN/111/3650 have now and in recent past advertised the same for sale and/or letting. Others have been reported to be negotiating with financial institutions to use the illegal titles as securities for credit.

TAKE NOTICE that any purported allotment, buying, selling, letting, leasing, charging, subdivision, construction upon or dealings in connection with the said parcels of land in any other manner HOWSOEVER without Kenya Revenue Authority is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent and further amounts to trespass.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any person(s) interfering with the said parcels of land as aforesaid stand to lose his/her/their money as Kenya Revenue Authority will neither honour agreements, contracts or arrangements entered into with person(s) purporting to have authority to transact the parcels of land whether in the manner above described or in any other manner whatsoever nor will it re-imburse any monies paid to in respect of such transactions.

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that in addition any person(s) interfering as aforesaid with the parcels of land under reference risk both criminal and civil action by this Authority.
