PAYE REMITTANCE

DUE DATE WEDNESDAY 9TH JANUARY 2008

The Commissioner of Domestic Taxes would like to remind Employers who have not made their PAYE remittances that the due date for PAYE remittance is the ninth (9th) day after the Payroll Month.  

The Due Date for the payroll month of December will be Wednesday 9th January, 2008.

Payment should be made on or before Wednesday 9th January, 2008.

Payments should be made to Paymaster General - Income Tax Account No. 05- 010-0056.

Employers are reminded that any delay in the payment of this tax attracts heavy penalties.
